Stay in my Pleasant apt, air-conditioned, Ideal for up to 4 people (maximum), over 35 M2. My accommodation is located at the 4th Etg with Elevator, at the foot of the beaches, in a residence "Adaggio" with collective swimming pool (according to opening conditions). My flat is Comfortable, Calm and Bright. You will find many Transports, Shops, Private Beaches & Restaurants at 2 steps. Also, the Old-Nice is accessible in about 15 mins by Tram or Bus, the Promenade des Anglais is just opposite. Enjoy the best of Nice & Côte d'Azur. See you soon!

I take the safety of the travellers staying in my accommodation very seriously, by cleaning and disinfecting sensitive surfaces before each arrival! I also follow the Airbnb cleaning protocol, in order to welcome you in the best conditions.


I welcome you in my elegant, air-conditioned accommodation, with swimming pool in the Residence, for your stay in Nice. My flat is both functional and convivial, tastefully decorated and perfectly equipped for your stay. It consists of a bedroom with a double bed, and a sofa bed, for a maximum capacity of 4 people and a surface area of about 35m2. It is located on the 4th floor of a secure luxury building, with a lift and swimming pool on the 2nd floor (available subject to possible sanitary measures that may restrict access).

In the main room, you will enjoy :
- A comfortable sofa, bed linen provided, sofa bed and coffee table.

The open kitchen is very well equipped with:
- Nespresso coffee maker, kettle.

- A comfortable double bed, 140cm wide, with bed linen provided
- Air conditioning

Finally, a stylish and functional bathroom, equipped with a shower and toilet:

- Shower Gel & Shampoo on your arrival
Please note that the toilet is separate. Also, you will find an iron and ironing board at your disposal.

You will therefore find all the necessary comfort for your stay in Nice. You will only have to put down your suitcases and enjoy the art of living in Nice, thanks to my accommodation.

I advise you, for parking, the Magnan public car park, at the corner of the Residence or the Avenue de la Californie, which you can pay for with a parking meter. The best means of transport in Nice is the Tramway T2, 2 stations at the foot of the residence (Lenval & Magnan).
You will find a taxi station nearby and many buses, as well as many shops, supermarkets, restaurants, available a few steps from my accommodation.
