USE OF PRIVATE AREAS
Each tenant called "member" has the right to enjoy as he sees fit the private portions included in his lot, provided that he does not
harm other members and do nothing that could compromise the solidity, safety, tranquility or aesthetics of the building, or interfere with its destination.
USE OF COMMON AREAS
The common parts are placed under the responsibility of the members and the director of the establishment. Members are responsible for
collectively of the equipment and furniture made available to them in the common areas.
In the event of damage or deterioration, committed by the tenants on the common areas, an estimate of the repairs will be made.

The e-game, e-sport, Shape Up!, Launderette, Fabrique, Studio, Cinébox, Let's Meet and Patio rooms are all accessible with a badge. In the event of non-compliance with the clauses of the contract, the landlord reserves the right to block access to it.
OUTDOOR CAMP
The outdoor sports field is provided free of charge to the members of the ECLA campus. The management declines any responsibility

ESTABLISHMENT UNDER VIDEO SURVEILLANCE
The Institution is placed under video surveillance by EPP II (Ecla Paris Property II), the lessor, represented by Ecla Management, its representative,
