A subtle decoration mixes the elements of modern comfort (large flat screen TV, B&O stereo) with carefully chosen antiques.

The entrance of the building is luxurious. It is also secured with a second door in the hall which has a perfect marbled appearance. An elevator takes you to the fifth floor which is exclusively occupied by the apartment.

The entrance of the apartment is oval shaped and decorated with beautiful fashion paintings from the forties.

Living room, dining room and kitchen:

On the left is the large living room where the television is located. It has a fireplace (not to be used) and two large windows opening onto the balcony. A large sofa opens its arms to visitors.

A door leads to the dining room which is equipped with a second sofa, two armchairs and a large table that can easily accommodate 4 guests. The room is located at the corner of the building and has two large windows and a third one above a second fireplace. The balcony runs around the room which is bathed in natural light. The room is also decorated with drawings.

On the other side, there is the kitchen equipped with modern and high quality elements. When you leave the kitchen, you come back to the entrance.

Bedrooms and bathrooms :

Crossing the entrance from the kitchen, there is a corridor that leads to the bedrooms and bathrooms.

The first bedroom is on the right and in the corridor is the bathroom. In the corridor on the left is the toilet. The master bedroom is very spacious and has two large windows opening onto the balcony. It is equipped with a king size double bed. Its bathroom is a work of art, it is tiled with white and blue ceramics and is equipped with a bathtub, numerous mirrors and high quality washbasins. See pictures.

In the corridor, the door next to the master bedroom leads to the second bedroom. It is equipped with two large single beds which can be joined together to make a double bed on request. It also offers a large window opening onto the balcony. A door leads to the second bathroom equipped with a shower, washbasin and toilet. This bathroom is also well designed.

The third bedroom is located at the back of the apartment. It is equipped with a comfortable double bed. The closet houses the owner's belongings for his Parisian stays and is not accessible.

The apartment is decorated with valuable antiques, some of them fragile. If you have children under the age of twelve, please inform us. We will ask the owner's agreement before confirming the reservation.
