Welcome to the apartment Chez Norvins, this furnished apartment of 47m ² includes an entrance hall overlooking the kitchen, the living room and the toilet.
It can accommodate up to 2 people, it is on the 3rd floor and in the 18th district.

The apartment is located in a building close to the Sacré Coeur, a very popular area of Paris. Its access is secured by a digicode. There is parquet flooring throughout the apartment and tiled flooring in the bathroom and kitchen.

In the apartment ChezNorvins the entrance is on the kitchen, it has a lot of storage space and equipment, such as: kettle, toaster, coffee machine, microwave and washing machine.
Next door there are separate toilets. To the right of the kitchen is the living room with a beautiful sofa, dining table and armchairs. The apartment has internet access and a television.

Upstairs there is the bedroom with a double bed. It is a "parental suite". It is open to the shower room, which is very bright. Ideal for sunbathing. The bathroom has a shower, a washbasin and a canvas.

The rental is concluded with a rental package including :

- the supply and installation of one set of linen per bed for the entire duration of the rental (pillowcase, sheet, duvet cover, small and large towel).
- 2 hours of cleaning at the end of the rental period for cleaning and change of linen.
- Access to the Rent Your Paris Assistance service, available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day for all emergency interventions concerning electricity, plumbing, locksmithing, gas and appliance breakdowns. Pack payable monthly to the lessor at a rate of 1% of the rent.

For all rentals, the lessee must pay a monthly energy provision of 6% of the amount of the rent, unless the lessee takes over the various contracts in his name and provides proof of this.

The entrance of the premises is from Monday to Saturday between 16:00 and 20:00. The costs to be paid by the tenant are 3€/m2. Leaving the premises is from Monday to Saturday between 8:00 and noon. It is possible to enter or leave the premises outside these times or during a public holiday, subject to availability and an extra charge of 50€.

Payments can be made by direct debit, bank transfer or credit card. Bank charges of 2% will be added to all credit card payments.
