In the heart of Grenoble, in the pedestrian streets, this atypical renovated loft will seduce you with its volumes, its authenticity and the charm of the old preserved.

Located on the 3rd floor without elevator, you will enjoy a beautiful living room with colorful benches, a large television, Internet.

A first platform overlooks the living room with a 140 cm bed. Then a 2nd platform accommodates a 160 cm bed. As in any loft, these 2 sleeping spaces are not closed, so there is no real privacy.

A renovated bathroom with bathtub and washbasin furniture, then a large fitted kitchen, with dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, Dolce Gusto coffee maker (capsules not included).

You have access to the whole apartment which is equipped with free Wifi.
All bed and bathroom linen is provided for 4 travellers upon arrival!

I remain discreet and the traveller has autonomous access to the accommodation. I live in Grenoble and remain available for all requests!

Very central in Grenoble, this street is very well known to the people of Grenoble. In this pedestrian street you will find a cinema, shops selling clothes, shoes and jewellery, hairdressers, a bakery, a tobacco shop. At the end of this street, 50 meters away, you can do your shopping at Monoprix or take the tram A or B to get around (Hubert Dubedout stop). At the end of this street, also 100 meters away, you will find the famous Place Grenette and its restaurants. In short, the entire historic and pedestrian district of the city at the foot of the building!

The discovery of the city and the district can be done on foot, or by bike.

To facilitate your travel to your company, university or family, you can take the tram A or B at the Hubert Dubedout stop (50 metres away)

Parking is possible around the building (subject to a charge during the day except on Sundays) and in the surrounding car parks.
If you come by car, don't worry, you have a car park at either end of the street: Lafayette car park (underground) or Indigo car park at Place Vaucanson.

Cleaning costs include: cleaning but also the supply of bed and bathroom linen.
Solidarity housing! All household expenses are donated to two associations (E.S.A.T. disabled workers and solidarity cleaning).
