Located in the Avenue Alsace Lorraine, in the centre of Grenoble, you will find everything you need nearby, shops (supermarkets, bakeries, grocery shops...), brasseries, cafes and restaurants with a wide choice of cuisines and prices.

As far as public transport is concerned, the "Alsace Lorraine" stop of the trams A and B is at the foot of the building and you can reach the trains and buses of the SNCF and bus station in 5 minutes on foot. You are also 3 minutes away from the city centre on foot or by public transport.

Parking is possible around the building (paying during the day except on Sundays) as well as in the surrounding car parks.
