The accommodation does not have private parking but you can park nearby or use the paid parking "Parking Aquaboulevard".

December 2019Loved both the location and the apartment itself. Be sure to agree very well in advance how to proceed with the check-in, much more if you arrive in Paris and do not have a working cellphone signal.
It would be very appreciated if the tenant was more flexible with both the check-in times, as travel delays always do occur.

The correspondence of scale depends on the date of realization of the DPE. For a DPE issued since July 1st, 2021, the values E, F and G differ for properties in climatic zones H1b, H1c and H2d and at an altitude above 800m. Please contact the lessor to find out about these elements.

Appartement pas entretenu avec un four dangereux positionné en hauteur... lave vaisselle qui lave pas, les casseroles sont très vieilles ou non compatible induction, pas accès au local poubelle il faut une clé et un code d'accès... donc au quotidien compliqué.
Très bon emplacement.
