This exceptional apt ( 4 guests, 2 bedrooms) is located near the Bastille area, just along the famous “coulee verte”, on rue de Charenton. “La coulee verte” is a nice promenade planted with greeneries over ancient railway that was elevated above arches. Arches spaces are now filled with shops and restaurants.

The apt was fully redesigned in 2022 with taste and love by the owners who are using it during summer.
The apt is for rent for periods of a minimum of 2 month up to 8 or 9 months, depending on owners exact stay dates.

The apt is located on the 4th floor of a nice building with elevator.

• Entering in the apt one finds a large entrance. The entrance open on fantastic wooden floored living space. It is divided in 2 areas, the living room on the right and the dining room and open kitchen on the left. The sofas are designer sofas. All furniture is top notch. The dining table sit 6 on a nice wooden table. The kitchen is fully equipped with high end equipment.
The space is lit by 4 larges windows with view over the “rue de Charenton”.

• Going back through the entrance space one finds the bathroom on the right which offer a bath with shower, the door to the master bedroom and the toilets (separated room).

• The master bedroom offers a queen size bed and a large arched dressing. Its window offers a view on the trees and arches of “la coulee verte” and a large paved typical and quiet French courtyard.

• A door on the right of the master bedroom leads to the ensuite 2nd bedroom. It is equipped with bunk beds of good quality. The beds may sleep adults but are perfectly adapted to teenagers. On demand for long period of stay the owner could consider organizing the 2nd bedroom as an office or replace the bunk beds by a double bed.

Around

The first place to visit is the “coulée verte” and its numerous trendy shops and restaurants. It is a beautiful 4.5km long green walk on the track of an ancient railroad going out of Paris to the medieval castle of Vincennes. Exclusively for walkers and bicycles.
Bastille square and the Opera bastille can be reached on the coulee verte within a few minutes.
One will discover the numerous and lively restaurants of Rue de lappe and rue de la roquette.
The area is not very far from the famous place des Vosges, one of the oldest Royal place in Paris that opens the gates to le Marais.
There are also Fresh markets that you will discover.
