The residence is located only ten minutes away from the port of Nice. For a simplified everyday life, a commercial center is only five minutes away by foot.

This apartment is located on the 2nd floor in a secured building with elevator.
It can accommodate up to 2 people and includes a kitchenette (equipped with a refrigerator and electric hobs) and a bathroom.
The apartment gives onto the garden and has no balcony.

In this particular COVID context, a 48-hour delay is set up between each rental.

A free wired Internet connection (cable provided) is available at all times in the apartment.
There is a for-pay self-service laundry in the building.

You will find dishes and utensils for cooking and everything needed for housekeeping. A disposable bed linen set will be provided upon arrival.
