Our Studio is ideal for all residents who wish to have a foot to the ground and that will be occupied during the day. We don't recommend it to people who plan to spend their day, for the lack of brightness and reduced size. On the other hand, its price defying all competition, its layout and its more than complete equipment are happy that very often return home with great satisfaction!
Our furnished studio is comfortable: Kitchenette, crockery, oven Multifunction (micro-wave + grill) fridge, vitroceramic plates. Flat screen TV.
Nice neighborhood of Cessole.
Very close to buses and tram. Located 1 km from the train station and 2 km from the sea.
Excellent bedding, quiet in a cul-de-sac.

The correspondence of scale depends on the date of realization of the DPE. For a DPE issued since July 1st, 2021, the values E, F and G differ for properties in climatic zones H1b, H1c and H2d and at an altitude above 800m. Please contact the lessor to find out about these elements.

Aude is an amazing hostess. She warned the studio doesn’t have natural light and I thought it didn’t care but it was an important detail because make feel down when I was there, technically I spent 1 month in the studio because I travel a lot during my stay. I can recommend only short stays there.
