The nearest metro stations are "Filles du Calvaire" line 8 and "Temple" line 3 (5-7 minutes on foot). Nearby you can find the Temple Park (a green area to rest), the National Archives, the Rue de Bretagne, and the famous "Marché des Enfants Rouges" where you can buy authentic and natural products.

Organic shops, trendy restaurants and brasseries populate the area.


Standing

The flat is located on the 4ᵉ floor of a building of the 19ᵉ century, with access by lift. The building is fully secured (2 electronic security doors before arriving at the flat). The flat is bright, equipped with double-glazed windows which makes it very quiet!

At the time of booking, on request and subject to availability, we can provide a baby cot in the flat.

Condition


Please note that for rentals of one month or more - that is 28 nights or more -: electricity and gas consumption is not included. Moreover, if your arrival or departure time at the flat is estimated between 20:00 and 8:00, on Sundays or public holidays, you will have to pay an extra charge of 30 euro in cash to the person in charge of check in/check out, thank you in advance.

A security deposit may be required by the landlord upon arrival.
