With a capacity of 10 people, the accommodation includes 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 car parks, a terrace, a heated swimming pool, table tennis, billiards, table football and many others. In addition, household linen is provided (sheets, towels, kitchen towels, etc.), and is of superior quality. You won't need to bother yourself during your various trips (travel with family and/or friends, business trips and holidays); you will find the essential equipment on site.
Two of the rooms have double beds, a queen size bed in the third room and an extra large bed (King Size) in the last room.
We offer a maintenance service available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Terms and conditions
- Weekly cleaning service in addition: 139€/week (Obligatory)
- Extra charge for each guest after 2 guests: 10 €.
- Discount for extra weekend: 20%

ANTI-COVID MEASURES: For your safety, we have implemented the measures recommended by the World Health Organization.
- Autonomous arrival and departure of holidaymakers as far as possible
- Provision of hydro-alcoholic gel in the dwelling
- Provision of clean cleaning equipment and accessories (liquid hand soap, disposable paper towels, etc.).
- Use of virucidal product - standard EN14476 to disinfect surfaces
- Meticulous and regular cleaning of the premises, with priority given to contact points (keys, door handles, drawer handles, switches, remote control, etc.).
- Ventilation of the accommodation during cleaning in order to act on any droplets in suspension
