An office area with a comfortable chair and a storage locker if you telework with a good wifi connection as a bonus.

Direct access to a private terrace if you want to enjoy breakfasts in the sun.

A functional kitchen with fridge, microwave, oven, four burner stove top, as well as a new nespresso coffee machine and kettle.

BEDROOM:
The bedroom is located next door. A large wall closet with sliding doors allows you to store your belongings (shelf + closet) in addition to a chest of drawers opposite the bed.

THE BATHROOM:
A bathroom with a bathtub, a vanity with storage underneath and a washing machine for more comfort during longer stays.

The toilets are individual and private at the entrance of the apartment.

You have the possibility to park your car for free in the basement of the building, on level -2.
