Lovely apartment, located at the entrance of the city, and well connected by public transport. There are many restaurants and shops in the neighbourhood and you can travel quickly to the beach, to the city centre or any of the universities.

The kitchen is large, new and fully equipped. It has a large table and a large two-door refrigerator. The living room is large and bright with a new TV, a sofa bed and direct access to a small terrace. The two double bedrooms have single beds. Also, the bathroom is large, modern and well equipped. The apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi, air conditioning and heating.

We will make two meter readings, one at the check-in and the other one at the check-out. Once the real consumption has been verified, the regularization will be done.
