I welcome you to my 1 Bedroom Duplex Accommodation in Nice. My flat is at the same time calm, family and convivial, perfectly equipped for your stay. It consists of a mezzanine/duplex bedroom, accessible by stairs, with double bed and dressing room. You will also have a sofa bed in the living room, for a maximum capacity of 4 people. Take advantage of my accommodation, about 35m2, with air-conditioning, located on the 3rd and last floor of a small luxury building, secured and planted with trees, with a lift.

I take the safety of the travellers staying in my accommodation very seriously, by cleaning and disinfecting sensitive surfaces before each arrival! I also follow the Airbnb cleaning protocol, in order to welcome you in the best conditions.

You will find many transport, shops and parks within walking distance. The beaches/ Promenade des Anglais are less than 6 mins walk away and the town centre is just 1 tramway station away. Enjoy the best of Nice & Côte d'Azur.
Without forgetting a map of Nice offered and some advice on visits and restaurants!

I advise you, for parking, the public car park (Palmeira), nearby, less than 3mins on foot. Also, you can park in the streets around the accommodation, free of charge or paying by parking meter. Everything is within walking and/or transport distance.

Around

Everything is easily accessible on foot from my accommodation. Count less than 6 mins for the beach/Promenade des Anglais, 15 mins for the Centre Ville/Jean Médecin, 20 mins for Vieux-Nice.

There are plenty of buses nearby, on Boulevards Gambetta & Grosso to the city centre, Beaches, or Vieux-Nice and Place Garibaldi.
Also, very recent T2 underground tramway with Alsace Lorraine Station at 4 mins walking distance, towards the town centre (1 station), Vieux-Nice (3 stations - 10mins), Airport ( 15 mins approx.).

Sncf train station accessible by bus, allowing you to visit from Italy to Cannes easily.

*The accommodation is located in the Fleurs district, which is in fact the continuity of Boulevard Victor Hugo with Boulevard François Grosso to the west and starts just after Boulevard Gambetta, which is a major boulevard serving from the Promenade des Anglais to the SNCF train station.
It is a charming area with different styles of old and modern buildings and is much quieter and more peaceful than other areas of the city centre. It is very well served by buses and close to the pedestrian area you will be within walking distance of all the shops in the city centre. It is also renowned for its quality restaurants and shops.

The lower part of the nearby Boulevard Gambetta is very well served by buses and in many small streets you can see fabulous examples of Belle Epoque architecture.

Les Baumettes is a little further west of the town centre and climbs up to a hill. The Fine Arts Museum is located on this hill.
