For rentals of more than 3 months, tenants must subscribe to an electricity and gas contract in their name.
For rentals of up to 3 months, electricity and gas bills must be paid by the tenants to the owner each month upon presentation of the bills from the owner. In case of non-payment of bills, the amounts due will be deducted from the security deposit at the end of the rental period.
The security deposit of 1350 € must be paid before the handing over of the keys, by bank transfer.
Visits are possible.
