Our brandnew apartment was completely renovated and fully redecorated in March/April 2017. It is located on the famous "Promenade des Anglais" and the beach is 20 meters away. 15 min walk to the city center and 10 min to the train station and the airport by bus. It has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a stylish, but cosy livingroom with an open, modern kitchen. Additionally it has a garden, in which you can sit and relax. It has a marvelous view to the ocean! Bienvenue!
This tastefull apartment was completely renovated and fully redecorated in March/April 2017. It includes two bedrooms, two bathrooms as well as a livingroom with a kitchen. The livingroom offers through its big, supersized terrassed or a marvelous view of the garden, the promenade and the ocean. The interior is stylish, individual and due to its selected colours radiates a great harmony. The kitchen is very well equipped (Oven, dishwasher, separate fridge for drinks, respectively (almost everything from a knife for oysters to a citrussqueezer).

The masterbedroom has an access to a small balcony. Thanks to its norther orientation, it is cool in the summer.
In the other bedroom there is beautifull desk, with a network socket (RJ45). So it can also be used as a studyroom (Homeoffice at the Cote D´ Azur?). Of course there is also a bed .
The two bathrooms are small, but fully and high-quality equipped with each shower, a sink and a toilet (Alape, Villeroy&Boch, Grohe etc.)
The ceilings in the livingroom and the bedrooms are 3,60 m high. The stucco-decorated are white and the walls are painted in a light grey/beige, which lends the rooms an equally elegant and cosy atmosphere. Surfaces with contrasting colours in coralle and grey create modern accents.
The interior combines old and new, classic and modern, art and kitsch. The result is a small individual and above all a home away from home
The total apartment has WIFI-coverage. An internetaccess with a minimum of 200 Mbit, network sockets in every room as well as smart-TV (mostly French, but also many international channels) ensure state-of-the-art media availability.
The small garden – with our own palm – is surrounded by a dense hedge and offers the opportunity to eat outside or simply enjoy the sun. Please note, that the Promenade des Anglais is a four-land highway, which makes the garden not quiet.
The apartment is situated about 900 m west of the Hotel Negresco. The beach is right across the street. Several cafés, restaurants two supermarkets, other shops and an indoor swimming pool are just around the corner. The pedestrian zone is 15 min by foot, 10 min by bike, or 5 min by bus away.
The bus stop for several bus lines running between the airport, the city center and the train station is 1 min away. When arriving, it takes less than half an hour by public transportation from the baggage claim to the doorstep of the apartment.
The tramway line, which connects i.a. the airport, the city center and the port, will be completed in 2018. Its “Magnan” station is also 1 min away on Rue de France. A bike rental station (Vélo Bleu) and an electric car rental station (Auto Bleu) are 1 min away as well.
