January 2020The office staff never once could help me with any questions or concerns. My toilet was broken and they just did not care. I schedule walk through for deposit return and manager never showed up. I had to go get her then she said she didn’t want to do it. The management is very unconcerned about their jobs. They just sit in office and laugh and talk and pretend they can’t understand anyone who comes in with an issue. I will not recommend them to anyone.

La location s'est bien passée, la résidence est sécurisée et le personnel très gentil. Seul problème : le locataire n'est pas enregistré dans la base de donnée de la résidence ce qu'il m'a posé problème pour recevoir du courrier.
