Furnished and fully equipped apartment in a recent and secure residence. A manager of residence is on-site for your peace of mind. The residence is very well located : well served by public transport (the bus stops 6 and 88 are in front of the residence, the bus stops 16, 89 and 90 are 3 minutes walk) and close to shops (supermarket "LIDL" 200 metres). You are only 10 minutes by bus from the historic centre of the city.
Composed of a cooking area with kitchen, of a sleeping area with a sofa-bed and a desk, and of a bathroom with shower, this apartment can accommodate 1 people. The kitchen is equipped with all the utensils. The apartment is equipped with free wifi access. It is fully furnished in a modern way. Bed linens are provided and changed every 2 weeks by a set of clean laundry. However, PROVIDE YOUR OWN TOWELS because these are not supplied.
