The living room is decorated with taste and modernity. It includes two comfortable sofa (non convertible) and a large TV. It gives on a superb veranda and a private garden.
The kitchen is fully furnished with traditional oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, cooker hood, coffee machine etc. It has its own worksurface convertible in a dining table for 6.
The first bedroom has trundle bed and television. In the corridor, the bathroom offers a bathtube, washbasin and heated tower rail.
The second and last bedroom has a Queen size bed (140cm), its own TV, and a private bathroom.
For more comfort, the apartment has a washer and dryer.
The master bedroom has its own private bathroom. The private garden where you will enjoy nice time out, in the frenzy of the french capital ! The two spacious bedrooms and the layout in general are very well organized. Everything offers you convenience, luxury and simplicity.

The rental is concluded with a rental package including :
- the supply and installation of one set of linen per bed for the entire duration of the rental (pillowcase, sheet, duvet cover, small and large towel).
- 2 hours of cleaning at the end of the rental period for cleaning and change of linen.
- Access to the Rent Your Paris Assistance service, available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day for all emergency interventions concerning electricity, plumbing, locksmithing, gas and appliance breakdowns. Pack payable monthly to the lessor at a rate of 1% of the rent.
For all rentals, the lessee must pay a monthly energy provision of 6% of the amount of the rent, unless the lessee takes over the various contracts in his name and provides proof of this.
The entrance of the premises is from Monday to Saturday between 16:00 and 20:00. The costs to be paid by the tenant are 3€/m2. Leaving the premises is from Monday to Saturday between 8:00 and noon. It is possible to enter or leave the premises outside these times or during a public holiday, subject to availability and an extra charge of 50€.
Payments can be made by direct debit, bank transfer or credit card. Bank charges of 2% will be added to all credit card payments.
