Grand Studio "Rooftop"- Port Nice

Welcome to my nice and spacious studio, tastefully decorated, with a surface of 25m2 accompanied by a beautiful and large terrace of 17m2, on the 7th and last floor, well arranged/equipped. Admire the view on the Mont-Boron hill, as well as a glimpse of the sea, towards the nearby "secret" beaches. With a maximum capacity of 3 persons, you will enjoy a comfortable sofa bed 2pers, as well as a single bed. Well equipped with Air conditioning, Wifi, Kitchen, Bathroom, Washing machine, storage space. My studio is All comfort to discover the secret corners and beauties of Nice, or in Telework.

Stay in my pretty studio of more than 25 m2, nicely renovated in a seaside style, ideal to spend a pleasant stay in Nice, for personal or professional use. It is located in the port of Nice, near restaurants, bars, supermarket, shops. The beach, frequented by the locals, is only 5 minutes walk away. Superb sunrises & sunsets from this point of view and coastal path, change of scenery, 2 steps away. The apartment is on the 7th and last floor of an art deco building (a few steps to be finished on foot, half floor elevator).

I accept medium and/or long stays, via platform ONLY, for a minimum stay of one month, up to about 6 months. Nevertheless, I remain flexible according to your needs and study any request.

You will be able to take advantage of the large open-air wooden terrace of more than 17 m2, accessible from the living room and the kitchen. It is oriented east, with a nice view on the hills and castle of Nice, and a sea view. It is equipped with a table and chairs for 4 people, 2 garden chairs where you can sunbathe and relax in the quiet and sunny surroundings.

In my studio, you will find a comfortable sofa bed for 2 persons, as well as an extra bed perfect for one person, a flat screen TV, air conditioning, Wifi and storage space.

The kitchen is separate and well equipped, with a microwave, a fridge with freezer and a gas hob. The bathroom is modern and functional, with shower, toilet and washing machine. I provide the bed linen & towels.

Recent Tramway T2, stop Terminus "Le Port", nearby, 2/3 mins walk maximum. Direct access, without changes, from/to the airport - City center - Old Nice, very easy. Ideal to visit and circulate in Nice. Bus to Monaco at the same place, count less than 25 minutes. Economical & Practical !

You will also find many shops, bakeries, supermarkets, bars/terrasses & delicious restaurants at 2 steps.
