Description

Situated in a lively neighborhood near the tramway with a multitude of shops, you can easily reach the Part-Dieu neighborhood or Place Bellecour in around 10 minutes.

Upon opening the door, you immediately enter the main room, which has three distinct parts: an open, fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and a living room.

The master bedroom looks onto Rue Montesquieu. It is spacious with plenty of storage. Two other small rooms - a bedroom with bunk beds and another bedroom, which can also be used as an office, with a convertible sofa - overlook an interior courtyard.

Tourist tax will be requested on place. Included in the price:

For stays of 30 nights or more:
- Linens upon arrival (no renewal)
- Assistance 7/7
- TV, Internet
- Charges and taxes (electricity, water, heat)

The tourist tax of 1,65€/day/adult will be requested on place. Additional services are available on site (breakfast, bed and high chair, household, basket meals, taxi booking)
 
The keys are to recover our premises at 19 rue Desaix 69003 LYON:
- Monday to Friday from 15h to 19h
- Saturday from 14:30 to 17:30
Should you wish to arrive outside the opening hours of our offices, thank you to contact us, various solutions can be offered, on location (next tariff arrival time), key deposit box, etc .... "
 
A deposit will be required upon key collection, possible payment by transfer, check, cash or credit card.
This will be collected for all stays over 30 nights and returned within 7 days of departure provided that the apartment has not suffered any damage.

I was not given my full security deposit back as the owner did not believe that the movement of the washing machine on spin cycle caused the damage to a power outlet. Very disappointing after 7 months of living in and caring for this apartment

    Thank you Paul and Sally for your message. We did enjoy having your family at our place and recommand you as you really took care of the flat. Please kindly note that housekeeping team try to do its best to be fare when check out time arrives. We accept that guests make any repair of damaged item themselves. As long as the flat is left in the same condition as first day, the security deposit is fully refund. I hope you understand that managing check out with 90 flats has to be very meticulous. It can appear very strict to the guest but please undertsand that even one repair multiplied by 90 flats can be a lot to us. We wish you all the best for the future and hope to see you again in Lyon !
