There are many restaurants at the foot of the building, including the famous "Au pied de cochon" and others. The metro/RER station is opposite the building and the Louvre museum is a 10 minute walk away!
The flat is very cosy and comfortable. It is also very clean and well maintained.
All utilities are included in the rent (water, electricity, wifi...). In case of overconsumption, a supplement will be asked at the end of the rental period after the meters have been read.

July 2023Sabrine was an awesome host! She was always super attentive and made sure everything was good with the apartment.

March 2020I loved my stay at Sabrine’s, she was helping me with everything! The appartement is cozy and has all the necessities. It’s 5 minutes away from Louvre and a minute away from a huge shopping mall with excellent coffee shop, restaurants, groceries and anything you could possibly need. One of the best boulangeries in Paris according to The Figaro (”Terroirs d’avenir”) is about 10 minutes away, and the farmer’s Sunday market is right around the corner. Book this flat to experience Paris at its best!
The correspondence of scale depends on the date of realization of the DPE. For a DPE issued since July 1st, 2021, the values E, F and G differ for properties in climatic zones H1b, H1c and H2d and at an altitude above 800m. Please contact the lessor to find out about these elements.

Sabrine is a very nice host and she entertained all my requests during my stay. The place is quiet and located in the center of the city and is super convenient as it’s just next to the metro. The bedroom is very nice
