This is our large 2 room apartment of 55m² completely renovated in June 2020 located in a quiet street 200m from the train station.

The large living room includes a fully equipped kitchen (induction hob + hood, oven, microwave, toaster, Nespresso machine, kettle, small food processor, washing machine and dishwasher) allowing you to enjoy yourself, a dining table for 4 people, a living room area with an entrance wardrobe to store your coats and shoes, a sofa bed that can comfortably accommodate 1 extra traveller (or 2 children) as well as WiFi and a SmartTV on which you can connect your video on demand accounts in case the Nantes weather discourages you from going out (which sometimes happens! ). The flat also includes a real office space, a large dressing room (with ironing board and iron, hangers), a bathroom with shower column for relaxing (hairdryer provided) as well as a bedroom with a comfortable 140 cm bed. Linen is provided as well as all basic consumables (soap, washing-up liquid, sponges, dishwasher tablets, toilet paper, coffee, tea).

The flat is located in a quiet street 200m from the train station, the tramway and the Jardin des Plantes, 350m from the Château des Ducs de Bretagne and 500m from the hypercentre of Nantes where you can discover the Place Royale and Place Graslin, the Passage Pommeraye, the cathedral and the churches, the restaurants, the bars and the numerous shops. The famous Machines de l'Île are 2.5km from the flat and can be reached both on foot and by tram. The Cité des Congrès is 700 metres away.
The flat does not have a parking space and is located in a pedestrianised street. However, there are two public car parks less than 200m away (the Château car park at the entrance to the street or the one at the SNCF train station) or paid parking in the surrounding streets.
