The apartment is made up of :
- a large living room with a double sofa bed, television, coffee table, cupboard, fan. NEW : I have equipped the sofa bed with a mattress topper for a better comfort !+ fan.
- a fully equipped kitchen open onto the living room: fridge, hotplates, Dolce Gusto coffee maker (capsules not provided), toaster, microwave, complete housewife, high bar and stools.
- a bathroom with WC and large shower (Italian style).
All the windows are equipped with shutters.
You have access to the whole apartment which is equipped with free high-speed Wifi.
All bed linen and towels are provided for 2 travellers on your arrival!
I remain discreet and the traveller has independent access to the accommodation. I live in Grenoble and remain available for all requests!

Parking is possible around the building (paying during the day except Sundays) as well as in the surrounding car parks.
