Located in the center of Grenoble, you will find everything you need nearby, from shops (supermarkets, bakeries, grocery stores...) to brasseries, cafés, and restaurants with a wide choice of cuisines and prices. You will even find a cinema 5 minutes walk away and if you come to do administrative paperwork, the Prefecture is 3 minutes away on foot!
As far as public transport is concerned :
Tram A (station-centre ville-Grand Place), stop Verdun Préfecture at 3 minutes on foot
Tram C (universities), City Hall stop 5 min walk away
Bus C1 at 5 min walk
Parking is possible around the building (paying during the day except Sundays) as well as in the surrounding car parks.
Cleaning charges include: cleaning but also the supply of bed and bathroom linen.
Solidarity housing! The totality of the cleaning costs is paid to two associations (E.S.A.T. disabled workers and solidarity cleaning).
It is also possible to provide you with a baby bed subject to availability and that you make the request as soon as you book.
