Entirely renovated in 2017, it has 3 bedrooms and a sofa bed. For your comfort, you will also have at your disposal a washing machine, an iron and its table, a fully equipped kitchen.
Naturally, Wifi is accessible and free and sheets and towels are provided!

The accommodation
Located in a UNESCO listed building of the 18th century hyper-center, very well equipped, the apartment is on the 4th floor, accessible by a stone staircase. Close to the hyper-center, in the St Michel district, you will enjoy all the comfort for an unforgettable stay. Its living space oriented to the East, offers a breathtaking view on the Pont de Pierre and the Garonne: you may be lucky enough to enjoy a magnificent sunrise over the river! A few steps away from all the shops and transports, it offers you the following services:
On the first level :
- A beautiful living room with a flat screen TV, storage space and a central island serving as a complementary work surface and dining table.
- A kitchen, open to the living room, with everything you need to prepare your favorite dishes: fridge-freezer, induction hob, multi-function microwave oven, dishwasher, blender, scale, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and many kitchen utensils.
- A small master suite with closet whose bathroom (with shower and sink) is closed by a 1763 door!
- A checkroom and toilet with washbasin
On the second level (accessible by an old wooden staircase) :
- 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed and storage space.
- 1 bathroom with shower, washbasin, hair dryer and toilet.

The bedrooms are closed by a double laminated glass roof, offering you the best tranquillity in total security.

Be careful, in this kind of very old building, the staircase is steep and narrow. The access is therefore unsuitable for young children and people with reduced mobility.
