Nice furnished studio les ustensiles de cuisine et appareil (bouilloire , cafetière, plaques électriques)
sont un peu usagées
les sanitaires : OK
le lit : très confortable (c'est ce qui compte le plus...)
l'état des lieux à faire soi même : fastidieux , car pas mal de taches aux murs et sur le matériel
