In the famous Rue de France, our lovely studio is located in the heart of the Carré d'Or, opposite the Casino and close to the Negresco Hotel. The beach is a 3 minute walk away, and the train station is 10 minutes away.
Our studio, with exposed beams, has a living space of 30m² and includes a living area with a well-equipped American kitchen, a comfortable sofa bed (140cm Bultex mattress), a TV corner, a coffee table, a bathroom with shower and WC. This studio is located on the 5th floor with lift to the 4th floor.
Our guests will receive all the essentials for comfort and hygiene such as sheets, towels, soap, shampoo, hair dryer and an iron.
This flat is fully self-contained and provides all the necessary cooking equipment: electric hob, fridge, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, oven and microwave, kitchen utensils and crockery. Hoover, washing machine and air conditioner are also provided for your convenience. Fibre is available for optimum internet connection.
Our studio does not have private parking but the Palais de la Méditerranée car park opposite the building is free for the first hour (guarded 24 hours a day), with monthly and weekly parking available.
A management fee of 10% of the total rent up to a maximum of 416€ will be charged before you move in.
The cleaning fee of 141€ and the inventory of fixtures of 96€ are included in this amount.
