I welcome you in the heart of the hills of Nice, on the 4th floor of a quiet, luxury residence, with Swimming pool and Garage/Box included. You will be seduced by the facilities including Air Conditioning, and the Comfort offered by my accommodation. I invite you to soak up the atmosphere of the Côte d'Azur to spend a unique moment in Nice. See you soon!

I welcome you in my very beautiful and luminous T3 accommodation, with a surface area of 65 m2. My property is composed of 2 bedrooms and 3 beds, including 1 baby bed, both located in a quiet area, on a wooded garden. My flat is ideal for families, friends and/or couples, up to 4 adults and 1 baby. The flat is located on the hill of the Imperial Park, overlooking Nice, only 10 mins from the Centre - Ville. You will stay on the 4th floor with lift, of a high standing residence with a swimming pool reserved for residents, accessible a few metres from the accommodation. I highly recommend the car and put at your disposal a private Box/Garage, included for all rentals . A few minutes from the Centre - Ville & Plages/ Promenade des Anglais, about 10 mins by car, you will enjoy the best of Nice & the French Riviera!

Car recommended for access to the residence and for your journeys. Box/private car park included for all rentals. I therefore quote the distances by car.
Fast lane, interchange of St Philippe at 6 mins by car, serving Nice from east (Vieux - Nice and Port), west (Airport - Stadium). Count 15-20 mins from and to the airport, about 10 minutes for the Beaches/Promenade des Anglais, about 15mins for Old Nice.
Tramway T1, the closest, stop Gare Thiers & Tramway T2, stops Alsace-Lorraine & Centre Universitaire Méditerranéen, both less than 10 mins away.
Bus 71 serving the hill, every 30mins during the day; Bois de Cythère stop, Nice-Ville train station terminus in about 12mins.
Trains: Nice-Ville SNCF train station serving coastal towns from Italy to Menton/ Monaco/ Villefranche/ Antibes/ Cannes.

The Imperial Park district owes its name to the Imperial Hotel which was built there in 1902 for the Russian community who spent their winters on the French Riviera, and which has now become one of the most famous high schools in Nice.
The district is bordered by Boulevard Gambetta to the east, the Mantega area to the north, the Saint-Philippe hill to the west, and Boulevard Tzarewitch to the south.

Originally, very large and rich private properties covered the area. In 1883, the district was the scene of a building boom during the Nice International Exhibition held on the Piol plateau.

The Imperial Park district still contains many villas, superb Belle Epoque buildings, modern residences and many Nice hillside houses.

It is also here that you will find the famous Nice Lawn Tennis Club and its annual ATP & WTA tournament.
Finally, I strongly advise you to visit the sublime Russian Orthodox Cathedral of St. Nicholas, built under the importance of the Russian presence in Nice in the 19th and early 20th centuries. Thanks to the transfer by Tsar Nicolas II of part of the Bermond land,
Next to the chapel commemorating the tsarevich, the cathedral was built on the Piol hill and consecrated on 17th December 1912. A visit not to be missed !
