The accommodation is yours, all parts are usable.

The second bed and its sheets are only available from 3 persons, if 2 persons would like to rent the flat and sleep separately, then a supplement of 7€/night will apply.

I am not physically present on site but I am attentive to all my travellers and am very available to answer questions.
A person assists me on site in case of any need or problem.

The accommodation is located in an area of the city where parking is paid for.
Despite this, there are free parking spaces 50m from the flat as you leave the building on the left (Boulevard du Lapacca) but above all there is a free private space 500m away which will be indicated when you make your reservation.
