Located on the second floor of a building without elevator, this studio is fully equipped to offer you a pleasant stay in the heart of the French capital.

You will find a comfortable convertible sofa bed (140 x 190). Linen is provided (bed linen and toiletries).

The rent includes charges of condominium and internet subscription. Purchases of television channels, VOD movies, options, etc... without subscription will be charged to the tenant. The electric consumptions are the responsibility of the tenant and are not included in the rent.
