If you sign a mobility lease, no deposit is required; commissioning fee of €300 (incl. VAT) to be paid to the agency.
For all rentals, in addition to the rent, the tenant must pay a monthly energy allowance of 6% (maximum) of the rent to the agency. This provision is calculated on the basis of previous consumption.
The tenant may move in from Monday to Friday between 16:00 and 18:00. The tenant is responsible for €3/m2, to be paid to the agency before moving in.
Check-out is Monday to Friday between 8:00 and 12:00.
