Located in the area of the Grand Boulevards, the Tram C stops right next door and you will find all amenities nearby: Monoprix at 4 min walk, Tabac Presse at 2 min walk, laundry at 2 min, bakeries, brasseries, cafes, and restaurants.
TAG mobility agency 2 min walk away to buy your tram/bus tickets and weekly/monthly season tickets.
Public transport :
Tram C stop Vallier, Docteur Calmette at 2 min walk, will be very useful to reach the University of Grenoble.
The Tram E stop Vallier Libération at 5 min walk will be very useful to go to the city center or to the train station.
Parking is possible in the courtyard of the building subject to availability, but also in the streets around the building (paying during the day except Sundays) and in the surrounding car parks.
The cleaning charges include: cleaning but also the supply of bed and bathroom linen.
Solidarity housing! The totality of the cleaning costs is paid to two associations (E.S.A.T. disabled workers and solidarity cleaning).
It is also possible to provide you with a baby bed subject to availability and that you make the request as soon as you book.
