Welcome to the Bouchayet-Viallet district called by the people of Grenoble the "Belle électrique" district.

The flat is located near the TRAM A "Berriat-Le Magasin" stop or the Bus C5 "Berriat-Le Magasin".
This pleasant studio is located on the 2nd floor with a lift.
It is composed :
- a living room with a double sofa bed and 1 single bed on the mezzanine floor.
- 1 open kitchenette with fridge, hob, microwave, Senseo coffee maker, kettle
- 1 storage cupboard
- 1 bathroom with shower and WC


You have access to the entire flat which is equipped with free high-speed Wi-Fi.
All bed and bathroom linen is provided for 3 travellers on your arrival!

I encourage the autonomy of the travellers thanks to a key box system. I live in Grenoble and am available for all your questions!


In the former industrial suburbs of Grenoble, this district is undergoing a renaissance. The renovated facades of the factories hide an inventive cultural scene, luminous lofts and eco-friendly corporate offices.
Make no mistake about it, the industrial past of the district is still present through these large buildings which are now finding a second youth.
In the midst of a cultural, residential and business renewal, you will find the superb premises of the former Cémoi chocolate factory which houses start-ups and associations, the CNAC (Centre d'Art Contemporain), and of course the new stage of the Belle Electrique, a superb theatre which brilliantly broadens the artistic offer of the city!


Getting around :
-by going to the Berriat course : Tram A (which crosses the whole city by its centre) or Bus C5
-by heading towards boulevard Joseph Vallier: Tram C
You can discover the city and the neighbourhood on foot or by bike.

Parking is possible around the building (paying during the day except on Sundays except in a few streets) as well as in the surrounding car parks.

The cleaning charges include: cleaning but also the supply of bed and bathroom linen.
Following your reservation: a deposit will be requested by bank transfer. It will be returned to you at the end of your stay if everything went well.

Solidarity housing! All cleaning costs are paid to two associations (E.S.A.T. disabled workers and solidarity cleaning).

A security deposit of 1800 € will be required before entering the premises for all rentals outside the Mobility lease.
