Le Préparc residence is a student residence with services.

We offer a 10m² room without kitchen and with a bathroom shared with another room.

Our rents are all inclusive (water, electricity, taxes, internet,...) and also include the supply of bed linen changed with the household in the accommodation every 15 days.

A responsible adult is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via an emergency number if necessary.
