You will be close to the business parks of St Jean de la Ruelle, Ingré, Ormes and the Orléans Coligny administrative centre. The major roads, ring road at 2 min and motorway at 5 min, make it a strategic point for your work missions.
Each room facing east measures 12.5 m2. It includes a 140 cm bed, all bedding, an armchair, a desk, a large dressing room, a large mirror and a bookcase.
The new kitchen is fully equipped with oven, ceramic hob, kettle, coffee machine, toaster. It includes a breakfast bar with two bar stools facing the window.
The bright living-dining room allows you to relax and enjoy the fibre connection and TV channels.
