Description of space offered to travellers: small Studio furnished in a brick of the North House. Equipped with a bed 2 places on the mezzanine and 1 bed 1 comfortable downstairs, 2 offices, 2 chairs, 1 walk-in wardrobe. Kitchen area with sink, dishes, plates, microwave, fridge-freezer... Shared access to the bathroom on the same floor with toilet, sink and shower.
The Ch'tis neighbors are very nice and authentic. Station 12 minutes, near Leclerc and Center Lidl 3', 16'. Arrival preferably in week, on Saturday or Sunday at 5 pm. If you want the small Studio for more than 1 person, book by specifying the number of people.
General description: your stay is planned in complete autonomy with 3 supermarkets nearby: Lidl, Leclerc and Match open Sunday morning. In the bedroom, the kitchen area allows you to take your breakfast, however, during the Main Square, the Film Festival, & other events, a friendly brunch is served in the morning; on the terrace if the weather permits.
Possibility of table d ' hôte weekend by preventing at least 24 hours in advance.
I appreciate the exchanges in a friendly atmosphere.
-given a key by hand, by me or a close, against a €200 deposit, - internet by WIFI, described code behind the bedroom door, - small bathroom :) hot water in the shower by nine cumulus 150 L, - fridge to put in service on arrival, - central heating nine on automatic control, - think about the lights of the room of water and room please - think to lock the room and the door in 2 rounds, - old gate main capricious, softness required, - transport: bus to 2mn, Station 12 minutes , centre of Arras 15 minutes-for guests with an outdoor activity - auto lights corridors and stairs, - hairdryer and ironing on request necessary, - please silence from 23:30 to 8: 00 in the morning.
Parking is easy and free. The House is easy access to 12 minutes walk from train stations and BUS. The hoster can welcome you at least 6 days, maximum 360 days.
All charges are included in the rent (water, electricity, wifi...)
