This 6 bedroom, 2 bathroom (and two separate toilets) house will comfortably accommodate at least 7 travellers.
Recently renovated, all the necessary comforts are provided for your stay. Come and enjoy a duplex accommodation with :
One room with a Queen Size double bed (160x200)
One bedroom with two single beds (90x200)
Four bedrooms with one double bed per room (140x200)
** The double beds have Premiums mattresses with memory foam filling. The single beds are just as comfortable with a thick layer of soft filling. Each room has a storage unit.
A fully equipped kitchen with oven, induction hob, American fridge, coffee machine (Nespresso capsule compatible), toaster, kettle, kitchen utensils, crockery, pots/pans.
A dining room in the same room as the living room. You will be seated on a large table that can easily accommodate 10 people. The dining room is equipped with a 65" Android TV connected to wifi.
A corner dedicated to the living room, with a large sofa, armchairs and a 58" Android TV, connected to the wifi ** The furniture and supplies available are sufficient for 8 people ** The living room is equipped with a large table and a TV set.

** A small amount of washing powder, toilet paper and soap are provided. One large towel is provided per traveller. **

The accommodation is independent and private but is part of a residence of several units. There is no garage or private parking, but it is easy to find space on the street or in the neighbourhood.
Parking outside is free of charge.
The price also includes water & electricity, however this does not prevent us from being environmentally friendly ;-);
The price includes two cleaning services per month, i.e. one cleaning every fortnight, for any additional cleaning please submit a request at the time of your subscription.
