Stay in my comfortable new studio, building delivered in June 2020, ideal for 2 people, at the foot of the Port of Nice. All comfort, luxurious and functional to spend a unique stay. You will enjoy a comfortable high quality sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchenette, as well as a spacious shower room. Easily enjoy the beauties and beaches of Nice & its surroundings. Tramway T2 terminus at the foot of the Studio, City Centre at 2 stations, Vieux-Nice in 10 mins on foot. See you soon!

I take the safety of the travellers staying in my accommodation very seriously, by cleaning and disinfecting sensitive surfaces before each arrival! I also follow the Airbnb cleaning protocol, in order to welcome you in the best conditions.

I welcome you in my Pleasant, Luxurious and Comfortable new Studio, luxury building, delivered in June 2020 in the heart of the Port of Nice area. My flat of 23 m2, with air-conditioning, is located on the 4th floor of a superb, very recent residence, with a lift. My flat is both modern and convivial, tastefully decorated and perfectly equipped for your stay. It consists of a main room with an equipped kitchen area, a spacious bathroom and a pleasant balcony overlooking the courtyard, in the colours of the south. It is ideal for a capacity of 2 people.

In the main room, you will enjoy :
- A comfortable sofa bed, convertible, for 2 persons, of very good quality, and a coffee table.

You will therefore find all the comfort you need for your stay in Nice. All you will have to do is put down your suitcases and enjoy the art of living à la niçoise, thanks to my accommodation.

The accommodation is very well served by public transport, less than 2 minutes walk away, and everything is possible within walking distance or via Tramway; it takes about 15 minutes to reach the Beaches & Promenade des Anglais and less than 8 minutes to reach Old Nice.

You will find at a stone's throw :
Tramway T2; Stop/ Port Lympia Terminus to Vieux-Nice/ Place Garibaldi/ Downtown/ Beaches/ Promenade des Anglais/ Direct Airport.
Tramway T1; Garibaldi stop towards Vieux-Nice/ Beaches/ Place Masséna/ Libération.

Bus 12: Stop/ Terminus Promenade des Arts - Frequent West-East line along the Promenade des Anglais.
Bus 100/112 to Monaco - Eze - Menton: Port Lympia stop at the end of the street.

Trains; Nice-Riquier station to visit the main cities along the coast as far as Italy.

I provide a parking space with the studio.
Easy access to Fast Track/Express & Promenade des Anglais. Count 20 min to Nice Côte d'Azur International Airport.

The port of Nice is one of the most famous in the Mediterranean and is a marina, a fishing port and a commercial port. Characterised by its traditional sharp points, luxurious yachts and ferries linking Corsica, it takes place in the heart of a district rich in history, developed since the 18th century and still superbly preserved.
The Port district remains authentic, historic and warm, just a stone's throw away from Old Nice and the antique dealers' quarter. You will find many wine bars and restaurants, as well as traditional shops.
Not forgetting the beaches frequented by the nearby locals, coastal or forest walks and sumptuous panoramas that await you. I will gladly advise you to discover the best of Nice!
