Close to all amenities, we offer you an apartment in the 20th arrondissement, in a unique and pleasant environment in this area renowned for its many theaters and Café-theaters. Accessible transportation add an additional asset to the district which will allow you to move easily through the tramway T3 line located right in front of your apartment and the metros 9 and 3 located 5 minutes by foot.

This apartment is located on the 1st floor in a secured building with elevator.
It can accommodate up to 2 people and includes a kitchenette (equipped with a refrigerator and electric hobs) and a bathroom.

In this particular COVID context, a 48-hour delay is set up between each rental.

A free wired Internet connection (cable provided) is available at all times in the apartment.
There is a for-pay self-service laundry in the building.

You will find dishes and utensils for cooking and everything needed for housekeeping. A disposable bed linen set will be provided upon arrival.

Prestation basique, il y a juste ce qu'il faut, presque que du positif, si je voulais chipoter je dirais que le canapé lit s'affaise au milieu, il manquerait une petite tablette dans la salle d'eau et pas de vrai volets mais des rideaux occultants.

    résidence très calme et tres accessible car tram au pied de la résidence et métro 3 ou 9 à seulement à 1 arrêt.Donc tres facile de ce rendre dans différents lieu de Paris.l'accueil par le gardien était tres sympa..le logement est simple,propre,et assez grand pour 2.
    BREF très satisfaite,je reprendrai sans souci cette formule

Quartier populaire et calme, tramway au pied de l'immeuble (station Marie de Maribel). Studio petit mais fonctionnel, avec le nécessaire pour passer un séjour autonome agréable ! Manque une cafetière pour le petit déj.
    Nous avions apporté nos propres draps, donc n'avons pas testé le kit linge. Attention aux grands : mon homme avait les pieds à l'air la nuit ! Le studio est globalement propre, mais un nettoyage de fond (genre entre la douche et le mur ...) serait de temps à autre bienvenu. Nous reviendrons sans souci.
