The residence is located in the city center of Toulon, in a pedestrian zone, close to the Mall Mayol (about 150 shops including a supermarket). By walking distance of the residence there are many restaurants. You will be located 5 minutes away by foot from the port of Toulon , 10 minutes from the Mayol rugby stadium (RCT, TOP 14) and BUS TERMINUS 5, 8, 18, 11, 12.
You can reach the beach and the train station in 10 minutes by bus.
The apartment is located on the 4th floor of a secured building with elevator. It can accommodate up to 2 people and includes a kitchenette (equipped with a refrigerator and electric hobs) and a bathroom.
A free wired Internet connection (cable provided) is available at all times in the apartment.
There is a for-pay self-service laundry in the building.
You will find dishes and utensils for cooking and everything needed for housekeeping. A disposable bed linen set will be provided upon arrival.
For more comfort, bring your own sheets.
However, PROVIDE YOUR OWN TOWELS because these are not supplied.
Check-in only with the residence manager during reception opening hours, from MONDAY TO FRIDAY, FROM 4:00 PM TILL 6:00 PM. You won't be able to check-in outside this schedule, nor on week-ends or public holidays.
A SECURITY DEPOSIT OF €150 is requested by check (non-debited) at your arrival. It will be returned to you upon departure.
- The accommodation must be vacated NO LATER THAN 11:00 AM.
- The accommodation must be left in perfectly clean and sanitary conditions. We remind you that a cleaning kit is available in your accommodation. Otherwise, you may be charged a cleaning fee of €80, including taxes.
- Lock shutters, windows and door and give back the keys to your residence manager or drop them in his mailbox.
- Take out the trash and place it in the space provided for this purpose.
- It is forbidden to smoke in public areas of the residence and in the apartment.
- It is forbidden to cause troubles and nuisance (noise, disturbance) both in public & private areas, during the day and at night.
- Outdoor spaces must be respected and preserved in the same way as accommodation (including furniture).
- This accommodation is not adapted for children
