    Bon emplacement dans NICE et la concierge est parfaite, toujours à l'écoute et prête à aider !

  • Didier C. Didier C. January 2019 Appartement à première vue propre, mais très peu de vaisselle dont quelques éléments sales dans le placard. Fourmis dans l'appartement. Porte fenêtre sans volets (gênant lors des grosses chaleurs), non hermétique (flaque d'eau devant la fenêtre).
    Problème de propreté du local Laverie, des machines à laver (mauvaises odeurs) et sèche linge souvent en panne.
    Pannes d'ascenseur (7e étage...)
    Déçue par le logement mais très bien placé.
    La gérante était à l'écoute et a fait de son mieux.

En plus de ça pas de wifi ni d'eau chaude à mon arrivée (et ce pendant 5 jours). Rien n'a été fait pour me trouver un autre hebergement. Bref, très mauvais.
