La Presqu'île is a new district in Grenoble which is home to all the biggest companies in the Grenoble area: Minatec, Cea, ST, Schneider etc... But also the Palais de Justice, the business school and the International School. It is a very safe, mixed neighbourhood with a high standard of living. Bustling during the day but very quiet evenings and weekends!
Free parking is available in the residence car park and in the surrounding streets.
By public transport: Tram B to go to the Presqu'île or to the city centre via the train station.
The cleaning charges include: cleaning but also the supply of bed and bathroom linen.
A deposit will be requested by bank transfer on arrival.
