The apartment is located in a beautiful typically Parisian building of Haussmann style. The entrance is through a large gate on the street. The floors are parquet flooring throughout the apartment except for the bathroom. The apartment is modern and bright, tastefully decorated and renovated with beautiful materials.
All rooms have access to the balcony overlooking the private courtyard. The living room and dining room also have a balcony overlooking the street.
In the Suite Bourdonnais, the entrance is in a large corridor leading to the kitchen, the living room and the dining room.
The kitchen is open to the corridor and also has a glass roof allowing it to be very bright and modern. It is fully equipped with a large worktop, an oven, a fridge, a freezer, a dishwasher, a hob, a microwave, a kettle, it is arranged around a large central island.
Next to the kitchen is a corner with the washing machine drying in a cupboard.
Then you enter the living room which offers a pleasant living space. It is equipped with a sofa and several armchairs and opens onto the street through large bay windows.
The dining room is next to the living room, it has a table and chairs and storage furniture.
At the end of the corridor there is a separate toilet.
Then we take a second corridor that leads to the bathroom and three bedrooms.
The bathroom is equipped with a double washbasin and a large bathtub. It is very spacious and modern, the materials used are noble and it has storage space.
The hallway has a large cupboard next to the bathroom and gives access to the first two bedrooms. They are both equipped with a desk and storage space. The first one has a double bed and the other two have two separate beds.
We finally reach the parental suite which is at the end of the corridor. It has a double bed and a bathroom with open shower.

The rental is concluded with a rental package including :
- the supply and installation of one set of linen per bed for the entire duration of the rental (pillowcase, sheet, duvet cover, small and large towel).
- 2 hours of cleaning at the end of the rental period for cleaning and change of linen.
- Access to the Rent Your Paris Assistance service, available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day for all emergency interventions concerning electricity, plumbing, locksmithing, gas and appliance breakdowns. Pack payable monthly to the lessor at a rate of 1% of the rent.
For all rentals, the lessee must pay a monthly energy provision of 6% of the amount of the rent, unless the lessee takes over the various contracts in his name and provides proof of this.
The entrance of the premises is from Monday to Saturday between 16:00 and 20:00. The costs to be paid by the tenant are 3€/m2. Leaving the premises is from Monday to Saturday between 8:00 and noon. It is possible to enter or leave the premises outside these times or during a public holiday, subject to availability and an extra charge of 50€.
Payments can be made by direct debit, bank transfer or credit card. Bank charges of 2% will be added to all credit card payments.
