This apartment of 30 m² benefits from an outside terrace of 6 m² where you can have your breakfast or your lunch in the sun, winter and summer.

Ideal for participants in local festivals (6 minutes by car from the Palais des Festivals) as well as for vacationers (10 minutes walk from the beaches) with a dedicated sleeping area equipped with double beds in hotel style, separated by a partition from the living area, which opens onto a balcony (allowing tons of sun to flood the apartment). There is also a fully equipped kitchenette with toaster, electric kettle and dining table; a sofa and TV.

The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower and a hairdryer for your personal comfort. Fresh towels and complimentary toiletries are provided at no extra charge.

My house is cleaned and sanitized before your arrival.
