Description

The flat LA CABANE has been refurbished, designed and fitted out in an optimal way: living room with fitted kitchen, dining area, 2 single beds and a convertible sofa bed for one person (3 people maximum), and a bathroom with a beautiful contemporary shower, washbasin and WC.
The flat is equipped with a flat screen TV, internet, washing machine and dryer, iron, hair dryer, and a ceiling fan, which is very popular in the summer!

At the foot of the building is the Café des Capucins, then a stone's throw away are the theatre cafés "Le Repaire" and "Le Complexe du rire", restaurants, mini-markets, shops and artists' studios. At the top of the slopes you will arrive on the plateau de la Croix Rousse with its famous market, and a little further down you will arrive on the Place des Terreaux with the Fine Arts Museum, the Opera, the Rue de la République and its many shops as far as the Place Bellecour.

The accommodation is unique because :
- it is very well maintained and I make improvements as and when I receive comments from the tenants,
- I try to be reactive quickly to any technical problems you may encounter during your stay (but everything works when you arrive),
- my sheets, towels, bath mats and tea towels are washed by a launderer at 100°, no risk of contamination,
- Each time a tenant leaves, a rigorous cleaning is carried out with disinfectant products and bleach,

The little extra:
- 3 other flats on the same floor for weekly rental, useful if you need to entertain friends or family,

At the foot of the building is the Café of the Capuchins, then 2 steps cafes "The lair" and "Complex of laughter" theatre, restaurants, supermarkets, shops and artists ' studios. At the top of the slopes you will arrive on the plateau of the Croix Rousse and including its famous market, and a lower you arrive at the place des Terreaux with the Museum of Fine Arts, Opera, the rue de la République and its multiple shops up to the place Bellecour.

On the same level on the 2nd floor there are 3 other apartments if you need extra beds.

The district has a history, that of the implantation of the Capuchins in Lyon: in 1574, brother Jérôme of Milan, Capuchin went to Lyon where he houses in a compatriot, rich banker. Together, they decided to build a monastery for religious and choose d ' purchase, with the help of Guillaume de Gadagne, a first ground on the hillside of Montauban, in the Saint-Paul District.
The popularity of the convent resulted in the need to build a second monastery on the slopes of the Croix-rousse then named "mountain Saint-Sébastien.

- NO NOISE AFTER 10pm !! : Do nothing that might, its done or persons of his house, disturb the peace of neighbors or other occupants (nocturnal disturbance, noise, odors, smoke, or other)
- OTHERS PERSON THAN THE PERSON WRITTEN ON THE RESERVATION ARE NOT AUTHORIZED TO SAY IN THE FLAT: the guest have to use peacefully the housing . It is forbidden to use the flat for commercial purposes leading to the reception of people (customers, suppliers, prospects, prostitution..)
- Be sure to turn off the lights, fan, close your apartment and landing door when you are away.
- PLEASE DONT PUT THE HEATHER AT THE MAXIMAL POSITION : if too much electricity are used , we will have to charge you
- DO NOT throw anything in the TOILET: only small quantities of toilet paper, no objects, no hygienic paper which can block the drains and other plumbing fixtures, otherwise it will be liable for costs incurred for the repair Service of this equipment.
- Replace and repare the damage and losses that occur during the stay (brocken glass for example,..)
- Use of equipment and material left available in strict accordance with their mode of use
- not to use Internet access for the purposes of reproduction, representation, making available or communication to the public of works or objects protected by copyright or a neighboring right, such as texts , images, photographs, musical works, audiovisual works, software and video games, without authorization. - The policyholder shall be insured by an insurance company against the risks of theft, fire and water damage, both for its rental risks for personal property leased, as well as for claims by neighbors, and to justify first request of the lessor. Consequently, the latter declines all responsibility for recourse that the insurance company may exercise against the tenant in case of disaster. In any case, the lessor shall not be liable if the tenant is not insured.
