The flat is equipped with a flat screen TV, internet, washing machine and dryer, iron, hair dryer, and a ceiling fan, which is very popular in the summer!
At the foot of the building is the Café des Capucins, then a stone's throw away are the theatre cafés "Le Repaire" and "Le Complexe du rire", restaurants, mini-markets, shops and artists' studios. At the top of the slopes you will arrive on the plateau de la Croix Rousse with its famous market, and a little further down you will arrive on the Place des Terreaux with the Fine Arts Museum, the Opera, the Rue de la République and its many shops as far as the Place Bellecour.
The accommodation is unique because :
- it is very well maintained and I make improvements as and when I receive comments from the tenants,
- I try to be reactive quickly to any technical problems you may encounter during your stay (but everything works when you arrive),

The district has a history, that of the implantation of the Capuchins in Lyon: in 1574, brother Jérôme of Milan, Capuchin went to Lyon where he houses in a compatriot, rich banker.
