Finally, table football, located in the living room will delight holidaymakers, young and old.
Side night, the House has 2 rooms with a double bed, 2 rooms with 2 single beds (which can be closer), as well as an independent studio with a double bed and a small room with a single bed (the studio suits well to) a couple with a child).
The House has a bathroom (with bathtub) and 3 shower rooms. Each shower room is equipped with a toilet. In addition, there is a toilet for visitors.
The House is also equipped with a washing machine and a dryer (it is also possible to dry the clothes outside in a dedicated space).
Outer space consists of a landscaped garden, with barbecue, a terrace with 2 tables (12 people) and a large summer lounge (pool house), very appreciated in summer.

This beach is 7 km long, enough to stroll, possibly on horseback (off season).
The nearest golf course is 10 minutes away by car (golf Fabrègues) but there are others (Juvignac, Castelau,...) about 15 km around the villa.
Montpellier is 15 minutes away by car, the village of Vic La Gardiole (with its Church of the 12th century) is 7 minutes on foot. Enjoy the Mediterranean weather and our beautiful region.
I recommend you to visit the cities of Montpellier and Sète. Do not leave the region until you see Saint Guilhem the desert, Pézenas, the pont du Gard, the pic saint loup, the caves of Clamouse, the Lake of salagou...
