How long do I have to reply to a booking request ?

We ask our owners to reply to booking requests within 24 hours. After 24 hours the booking is automatically declined.
 
As soon as a request is sent, MorningCroissant immediately informs you by email and text messaging. The sooner you reply to booking requests, the greater your chances will be of being listed in the top search results.

Do put yourself in the tenant’s place. Wouldn’t you be happy to get a reply within 24 hours ? And wouldn’t you be very disappointed not to get any reply ?
