I have accepted a booking but now it isn’t possible to take in my tenants, can I cancel the booking ?

When you accept a booking request, you agree under contract to welcome your guests. If due to force majeur (for example flooding) you can no longer welcome them into your home, you must inform us at contact@morningcroissant.com and provide written justification for the cancellation. MorningCroissant takes all cancellations very seriously. If you cancel without a valid and serious excuse, you will be banned from our site.
 
Of course, if you do cancel the tenant will be fully reimbursed and you will receive no payment for the booking.
